We are looking for a Social Media Designer to join our Design & Marketing team. Our ideal candidate is a designer who can conceptualize and execute visually compelling content for our social media channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, creative visualizations, trends in social media, and a passion for creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities
- Develop creative and visually appealing content for all social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Internal Communities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute social media campaigns that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
- Design graphics, illustrations, videos, animations, and other multimedia content to enhance our social media presence.
- Work closely with copywriters and other team members to create cohesive and impactful content.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement, feedback, and trends, and make recommendations for improvement based on insights.
- Optimize content for each platform, considering factors such as aspect ratios, file sizes, and performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, social media best practices, and platform updates to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
Requirements
- Proven experience (min. 1 year) as a social media designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse graphics and video projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma and other graphic design software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas visually.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools and platforms is a plus.
