Responsibilities

  • Deliver project-related communications and status updates
  • Work closely with the Business Head on New business initiative
  • Initiate Market Research on Strategic Projects
  • Create all Reports & Presentation on the progress of the project
  • Drive and communicate process improvements and process changes

What does a day in your life look like?

  • Every day is a new and interesting challenge. You work in a ‘pod’ with the Business Head
  • You’re working with the Business Head to track the daily updates of progress at Multiple project level
  • You analyze a new market report, financial Statement, and market study and come up with an analysis report
  • You sit in on a customer success review meeting, analyze performance data, and share key findings with sales on potential opportunities or risks within an account.
  • Make presentations on weekly updates
  • Drive communication process within the team

Requirements

Persona

    • A motivated, social, energetic, humble, patient, and hard-working individual with great attention to detail.
    • Willing to go that extra mile to get the work done.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    Skills

    • Good email writing and presentation skills
    • Strong research skills - the ability to absorb information from multiple sources and make it ‘actionable’
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Strong analytical skills/excel skills

    Past Experience

    • Education: Undergraduate in any domain (drop-outs are cool as well!)
    • Experience: Fresher-1 years of work experience in customer-facing roles with analytics or research is preferred.
    • Bonus points for working in a consultative, SaaS sales environment

    Logistics

    • Compensation: 30K per month Stipend
    • Joining date: ASAP
    • Location: Bengaluru
