Responsibilities

As a Sales Analyst at SquadStack, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Account Executives (AEs) by analyzing client business reports, help create compelling Request for Proposals (RFPs), and contributing to the overall success of our sales efforts.

  • First Level Research and Analytics Support: Provide first-level research and analytics support to the Account Executives, aiding in the preparation and customization of client presentations and proposals.
  • Support AEs in Pitching: Collaborate closely with Account Executives to understand client requirements and provide data-driven insights to help AEs position SquadStack's solutions effectively.
  • RFP Creation: Support the AEs in creating compelling Request for Proposals (RFPs) while ensuring accuracy, clarity and alignment with clients expectations.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to contribute to strategic selling.

Requirements

  • Business Question Framing: Possess an aptitude for framing relevant business questions from data, enabling the team to extract meaningful insights for decision-making.
  • Past Experience
    • Education: Under-Graduate in any domain (drop-outs are cool as well!)
    • Experience: 1-2 years of proven work experience in sales analysis, business report interpretation, and RFP creation.
    • Bonus points for working in a consultative, SaaS sales environment
  • Persona
    • A motivated, social, energetic, humble, patient, and hard-working individual with great attention to detail.
    • Willing to go that extra mile to get the work done.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills
    • Good email writing and presentation skills
    • Strong research skills - ability to absorb information from multiple sources and make it ‘actionable’
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Strong analytical skills/excel skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
    • Ability to frame business questions from data.
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
    • Well-versed in HubSpot CRM.
