We are looking for a Visual Designer to join our Design & Marketing team. Our ideal candidate is a designer who can conceptualize and execute visually compelling content for our social media channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, creative visualizations, trends in social media, and a passion for creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the design and marketing team to produce high-quality visual content for various platforms.
- Create eye-catching designs for marketing campaigns & sales collaterals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and research fresh and modern design elements into projects.
- Manage your own time, document it and meet deadlines with professionalism
Qualification Criteria
- 1-3 years of proven work experience as a Visual Designer.
- A portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles.
- Background in designing marketing collaterals, print media and visual systems.
- Comfortable working with Adobe Software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign) and Figma.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Attention to detail, ask the right questions and provide constructive feedback.
